Manuscripts should be double-spaced, with wide margins, and include the author's name, address, telephone number, and professional background. JINEL follows a modified version of the transliteration systems as established by the Library of Congress and the International Journal of Middle East Studies. However, manuscripts should not contain any diacritical marks except for ayn and hamza. Citations must conform to THE BLUEBOOK: A UNIFORM SYSTEM OF CITATIONS (17th ed. 2000).
